Problem
We started from an initial pain point from the FAA call for technology to solve collisions on the ground, which costs the industry over $10B/year. We realized current ground operation process relies heavily on human error. We saw there was more than just this pain point, on a macro level- not enough human labor, airports are congested, very little if any tech on the ground. Our initial product, ELVIZ, lays the foundation for an automation platform that will transform an outdated industry with efficiency and safety gains for all of the stakeholders involved. 

Value proposition+Product
Our solution for the initial pain point is a 3D LiDAR based parking assistant "ELVIZ" which gives warnings in real time to the operators performing the task if there is a risk for collision. This solution reduces the number of people required for the job, giving critical time back to the human labor component. It also reduces the chance of incidents by up to 90%, finally we provide new data in a digital format for stakeholders to better understand risk and operational flow like never before. We realized other technologies can be combined with our initial product to continue to solve pain points and add value to the macro level drivers. We can see our tech being applied across the airport ground operations - adding sensors to our platform as needed. Eventually automation at airports will need to use our data, algorithms, or sensors to perform tasks on 100’s of millions of movements performed each year.
